Schedule An Exam
World Organization of Webmasters (WOW), working with industry and education, has developed the Certified Professional Webmaster program. WOW certification exams are based on industry-identified core competencies in both general and specific areas of practice.
There are two primary ways to take WOW exams, both of which are detailed on this page:
- Attend WOW special events
- Take the exam at a wide range of testing centers throughout the U.S. and Canada
Because it is widely recognized that there is now so much breadth and depth to be learned to be a practicing Web professional, WOW has created a three (3) tiered certification program including apprentice, associate, and professional level certifications.
Currently Available Exams: Nationwide Testing Centers
WOW Associate and Apprentice level exams are delivered at recognized testing centers throughout the U.S, Canada and soon-to-be-announced locations internationally.

WOW Certified Professional level certifications are delivered in partnership
with major national and soon to be international IT conferences. WOW exams
are very rigorous by industry standards and are delivered in a proctored
(instructor led) environment. Exams include multiple choice and performance
based (essay style) questions. Identification will be required. To schedule
